Happy new year, friends! This is my first of so many time i do year review, and this year is really a good start.
Life
To my family, this year is really hard time since we say good bye to one of the most impactful person to my life - grandpa. He was the one who placed so much faith and belief in me, always expecting and encouraging me to be better and to succeed. I’m deeply grateful to have had him in my life — his impact and guidance will forever be a part of who I am. And I love you all family, for everything.
To my partner, it's hard to find the right words to describe how much joy and happiness being with Linh has brought into my life. I feel understood and cherished. She is with me, and all the difficult parts of life are just easier.
To my friends, as always, low mantainace but high quality.
I got a promotion
To whom not knowing me yet, I am currently Fullstack Engineer at NAB (National Australia Bank) in Vietnam. I really enjoy my job, about people who I work with and the small talk I have around the office with my colleges, highly recommended NAB for work-life ballance. I am now offically Associate Engineer, after a year graduated from StarCamp programme as Team-member Enginner. Can not say this is what supposed to be, thanks to everyone for helping, showing me my strength and weakness, and guide me to be better engineer! Anyway, still a long way to go, let's keep it up.
I created this website
Maybe currently only a friend of mine is the one who actually know about the existence of this website, how it was and will be, but yes this is one of the most proud of things to myself. You can read it here about my chain of thought, but this is where i write notes about my life, my experience or my observation about things are going on with my life, as well as tech blogs where I write down again what i've learnt or worked with.
Shopee
This looks like the section where i write down the list of online shopping i've made with orange marketplace platform, but sorry it's not. I decided to moce on to my next challenge in my career - Shopee. Life is full of turning points, and my move from NAB in Hanoi to Shopee in Ho Chi Minh city marked one of the most significant. Leaving behind the familiar rhythm of Hanoi for the vibrant hustle of Ho Chi Minh city, this will be an oppotunity to grow both of personally and professionally.
Leetcode
It's funny to think that my first LeetCode submission was back on April 17, 2020—and it took me four years to return for my next one. This year I understand the importance of DSA for Software Engineer. They’re not just theoretical concepts but the backbone of problem-solving and system design. Shout out to myself for making max streak of 56 days, and 428 solved problems. By the way, Leetcode premium is the best investment of 2024.

In conclusion
2024 has been the really good year of my life, even though some things have been unbearably difficult. I hope you all have a great 2025 and I'll see you around.
